Fruit, Fruit and a Vegetable…
It was planned from the start of 2012 – to go on a detox – juicemaster.com – to get rid of some weight in order to be fit for fight. A slimmer photographer has more energy to shoot more – and also, able to go the distance on an all day wedding.
Total juice detox for two weeks, dropped just over an old English Stone – totally happy with the results. All that’s left now is to maintain a healthier lifestyle, continue with the fitness schedule and get ready for a 1/2 marathon in late April.
Anyways, it’s time to get the stock photography back on track – a few years back, the citrus fruits was a big hit, snap snap and snap – and I just threw it in the bin afterwards. Now I have all the fruits, why not get some new gorgeous pictures for the stock photography category, and then juice it 
That is the challenge for the weekend, after a new born shoot on Saturday, I think I need to set up the studio in the kitchen.

Babies, Babies, Babies
After a really hectic lead up to the Christmas season, we have had a few weeks of just a few assignments – but it has started to pick up again. We have a few baby shots scheduled over the next few weeks, a few wedding consultations, and a possible a few maternity sessions too. It’s lovely to get that kind of business, as it’s all word of mouth. So, keep it going guys, without you, we wouldn’t love what we are doing

Almost Finished Uploading…
Yes, as soon as you think you have it all under control, you realise there’s so many more to do, and that you need to clean the folders removing old outdated images, and adding new ones… So, that’s been kinda a full days work today… All we need to get sorted is the stock photography section, I have a feeling that will be after the weekend…
Not too sure how this will work, and not too sure where to actually add a general gallery of thepixtakers.com – we will figure it out in due time…

Friday the 13th…
It came, it went… Always on the watch out on doing different things on that given Friday…
But did manage to have an awesome photoshoot in the late afternoon – two siblings just doing their own business, so hard to get them to sit down and relax at the same time. It was a challenge, but, managed to get some good ones in the camera, and as I was walking out of the door, I was praised to the limits It is always nice to just get a little bit of a boost as you walk out of the door.
The mother has just viewed the preview on the client portal – and she just loved them… Bonus
Almost edited the batch – while I am updating the galleries, then the blog will get some added texts etc – so, on the home stretch now… Can not wait to be all done with the blog, it’s gonna look nice we reckon…
